01 / Story

Why we exist.

Hundreds of partners can stand up Sales Cloud. Where the Salesforce ecosystem thins is the technical work between configuration and engineering: Data Cloud architecture, Agentforce design, complex integration, governance under audit.

Nuvoteam was founded by senior practitioners rooted in Germany and Poland, around one shared observation. The DACH Mittelstand kept asking for senior Salesforce architects who could deliver this kind of work, in their language, on their timezone, without the cost structure of a Big Four programme. The supply was thin. So we built it.

Poland is consistently ranked among the strongest engineering nations in Europe, and the Salesforce ecosystem here has matured into real depth: architects, consultants, and Apex specialists who can hold their own with anyone in Western Europe. Combined with German-language client engagement and Central European Time business hours, that gives Mittelstand companies a delivery option no other nearshoring model matches.

Nuvoteam exists to do the work most partners skip, with the team most partners cannot assemble.
